These are self adhesive reusable electropads. Dimensions 1.6 inches by 1.6 inches. Safety, care and usage: when not in use keep your electrode pads stored in a clean dry place. <br />*Lubricants are a natural add on to electro stim toys as they are needed to completed the circuit between the toy and skin, and also help avoid skin irritation. Water based lubricants are recommended based on their high ability to conduct electricity. Silicone is a natural resistor and is not recommended.
