Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or refunding your money as a credit in your account, then helping you find the product you prefer.
To use our guarantee program, please contact our customer service. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide return instructions.
Please take care in providing your correct shipping information. What you provide is exactly how the shipping label of your order will be printed. Orders returned to us as undelivered because of wrong address will be cancelled.
Refused orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders refused again will be cancelled.
